Water shut-off notice required
Please be advised that all Residents are
required to provide a minimum of 48 hours
notice to management company for any water
shut off caused by you or a contractor working
on your unit. Also, a written notice must be
posted on patio doors of residents in your
building that there will be a water shut-off 24
hours beforehand.

Door Paint Color: Doors should be painted
only with 100% Black Acrylic paint to match
throughout the community.
Flooring: Hard Flooring (wood plank, laminate
and tile) installations will be required to meet the
following sound barrier requirements: STC
rating of 65 and higher with a 6 millimeter sound
barrier underlayment.
Windows: The community standard windows
are: aluminum frame, single pane, non-insulated
frames, B grade clear glass.
Exterior Storage Door Thresholds require a
special threshold designed for Out-swing Doors.
The Homeowners can purchase at Bison Stock

713.467-6700 Bison sells to the general public
and the part they need is called a Out-swing-
bumper seal/threshold for a 2.6 wide door. With
this threshold it will prevent water from running
in and causing more water damage.

Mail Boxes
If you are in need of a replacement mailbox lock,
please contact the USPS office on Unity.  You
will need to complete some brief paperwork and
they charge a $25 lock replacement fee.  Also,
you may contact Apartment Mailbox King at
281.221-1969.  All mailbox locks and
replacement locks are the repair responsibility
of the unit owner.
